Hmm I'd get banned if I said what I really felt about this announcement.
For the love of god ARW, provide us with some tangible targets - what are you going to do with the new debt you will almost certainly take out (after retiring the old debt). There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel, just hoping on the part of ARW management, and a refusal to disclose details on anything of importance under the guise of contract confidentiality.
