They skipped a dose, thanks to saftey data from the Vaxinia trial. Now 6 cohorts. If we're lucky they may get to go straight to 1x10^8 for cohort 5, and that will likely be the top dose.
CoH trials do seem to enrol quite slowly. Compared to Vaxinia which is multi-site and multiple tumour types, CheckVACC is single-site and TNBC only.
