Not to forget the 1/3 share within the domains business
Assuming the numbers are accurate, my view on value is a total of $159m with no corporate debt.
- $84m cash
- $25m hosting business ($5m net profit at a 5x multiple)
- $50m retained 1/3 share (how it has been valued by this deal)
Just how the market has valued this business historically, I think we wont get to a market capital of $159m but this just proves there is significant upside.
