A lot of these responses are ignoring the fact that the scheme is gone when Gina hits 20% and then SQM cannot buy out the company at ANY price if Gina simply does not want to sell.
For the record, I initially did not want to sell, but on the above, it seems to get more attractive, even though I think it is a pittance.
SQM has no incentive to up their price if Gina is not willing that sell. She would rather see them fob off than sell to them, she's happy to be the home wrecker.
Again, I am open to be convinced otherwise, but it's becoming very hard to argue against selling now and buying back in if SQM pull out.
