MLA's have an expirey date. Environmental impact statements are yet to be completed as the drilling impact area is yet to be finalised and may be reduced in size (as per that document)
"As the SEARs are expiring in February 2022, HIO is submitting this Scoping Report as part of a request to have the SEARs reissued" Need this done before proceeding with the MLA.
"(NRAR) would be consulted to assist in the evaluation of water supply options during the EIS and BFS" i.e. EIS yet to be completed....
Water is yet to be determined, approved or supported.
I do agree that they have put the information together but until drilling is finalised and EIS have been completed for the exact mining plan the MLA cannot be formalised and approved. Out of BG's mouth not mine.
