i think jon is being remunerated through that management company that was set up - think his salary is being paid through there for each of the "stable of companies" that have the same "controller": The management entity (great transparency!) was set up when he was employed - so i tend tto disagree that most of his remunertaion was paid solely by the issue of oppies. Need to look at what payments were made to that "service" entity from all three stables and not much chance of seeing who was paid what from that entity as its a private company from what i recall!.
