@Fredbear2 Are the tax implications different if
Scenario 1: You sell your AZS shares prior to the execution of the scheme of arrangement let's say for circa $3.50?
compared with
Scenario 2: You wait for your AZS shares to be acquired for $3.50 upon implementation of the scheme?
I think there may be a difference though I am no expert and so please anybody correct me if I am wrong but I think there is no tax to be paid in scenario two.
