Agree with some of the art of war analogies, "strike while the iron is hot" so they say, and that is what we are facing at this time (by tootolates g...s).

I also agree with many holders here that it is very frustrating whatever the reason as to why SH are often being kept in the dark on such serious matters that are being aired by our enemies at this time, who appear to be allowed to run a muck at what seems unabated on the battlefield of "war of words over the internet". I can only speculate that the MOU that the company has flagged is real and might include a gag notice which is not enforceable on the rabble we are at war with.

I note that even some of our most ardent and staunch AVZ supporters/warriors for the cause (sf120 & many others) are beginning to feel battle weary which is totally understandable at this time IMO, especially given the cone of silence at this most critical time from Ferguson and co as the enemy slices his way freely through the battle lines trying to create chaos in the chase for votes for BoD seats.

F the enemy I also say, give them NO QUARTER! I will vote for the BoD short of something concrete like a TO of $3 bucks per share, however, we all have to make sacrifices at this time, so I would encourage NO to REMUNERATION INCENTIVES!!!!!, you can pull your belt in like the rest of us as far as I'm concerned. With respect however, I would be prepared to amend/update my vote to a positive on remuneration only and if we receive a proper and worthwhile company announcement filling in all the noteworthy unknowns to wtf is going on.
