angry you are quite right, it's sometimes better to have too many shares on issue as the market hype (on big news days) can push these types of shares to a much higher market cap than feasible. it is where many people can make huge profits, but also where late comers can make huge losses.
It will happen to ARO some day, look at ADO or SMA for example.
