The BOD and DM have failed to explain the state of the 4DS technology.
I don't think I have even seen reference to the power saving aspect of the technology. This seems to be an important industry issue and one that is to 4DS's advantage?
Given the millions spent at imec and the funds presently available to the company you might think shareholders and others would, by now, be better informed. 99.9% of shareholders don't have the knowledge and skills set to understand the science and engineering involved but surely it is not impossible to give them a greater understanding of where the 4DS technology might sit in the vast world of Flash and Ram memory?
I have argued for a professional presentation being prepared to give shareholders and investors greater understanding, ( and even suggested talking with Branch Education); as distinct from possible acquirers, who have and would use their technical knowledge to evaluate the extensive data available from 4DS and imec.

Perhaps DM and the 4DS BOD could talk Jim Dorrian into making a company presentation to his fellow shareholders to help fill in the current vacuum of knowledge and understanding?
