On the issue you have brought up, given you have previously stated you have a friend that works for PEN and is high enough up the totem pole to have received 'performance shares', would I be right in thinking this is something you've already suggested to your friend?
What was his/her view? Does management think it's a worthwhile exercise? And if deemed warranted, wouldn't management find it easier to get the ball rolling than any of us?
