Do you mean for the DTC Election, or for the DWAC. As I see it the DWAC doesn't work yet since you don't have a valid CUSIP. If you're referring to the DTC, I used the following:
- DTC number: 0534, Interactive Brokers
- DTC Participant Contact Name: Transfer Desk
- DTC Participant Telephone Number: 1-312-542-6901
- Email address of DTC participant/broker: [email protected]
