    SOME Jews in the Middle East were wealthy.

    No pogroms! suggest you have another look at history. In 1948 approximately 650,000 jews were expelled from Arab countries, not being allowed to take their valuables with them and losing their rights to property. some went to the USA and France and most went to Israel.

    this is deliberately left out of the Israel haters narrative.
