And you want them to issue even more?

According to its’ quarterly projections, AVL sees itself spending about $8m a month.
Ideally it needs to raise funds before the March quarterly (assuming it doesn’t want to fall into the ‘please explain’ hole that kicks in for public companies if there’s only six months of funding left).

Assuming TMT integrates with AVL before then and brings about $12 or $13m cash with it, then maybe it can hold through until EOFY?

But after that .. or hopefully before it wants at least $500m.
Today on expectations of the merge (?) the combined market caps of both companies is just about $172m Lewis and yet within around six months it wants to raise almost three times that!

What price will AVL shares be issued at to attract this money?

My feeling is the more the AVL register is weakened with this merge, the more those who want this are ‘cutting off their noses to spite their faces’ down the track when the BIG money decides what it wants in return for supporting future growth.

And rookie you’re still ignoring AVL’s $49m grant + recent $15m from RCF!
