    Hi numbnuts,

Just remember that splitting holdings across multiple accounts doesn't keep any significant holding concealed. Corporations law for significant holdings kicks in at 5% so as soon as somebody gets to that they have to report, and keep reporting. This obligation is based on beneficial ownership rather than account so splitting doesn't help to avoid this obligation. 5% is less than 50m shares in BIT.

If a company is accumulating they aren't been trying real hard because no significant shareholding notices have been filed yet. We have had some big volumes days.

If we do get a notice of a new substantial shareholding that will be great news and would almost certainly help drive the SP up, depending on who the beneficial owner was. Lets hope we do see one soon.
