For what its worth, i work in a industry which is heavily labour dependent. We struggled before covid to get labour and any quality at that, fast forward to now, and whilst the quality of applicants has improved,it still very short on the ground re number of. We need much higher immigration but this is not happening ang time soon, so I still see the future for ASH as bright. All I'm putting the price down too noting low volume, is those that have to sell are, hence the volitity in price, with a concern of decline in economy. On the latter, I don't see ASH having any real significant drop in dividend if this transpired.
