Programs for the common good... that is just ridiculous. So a builder quotes you $75 per hr yet quotes the Gov (YOU) $175 per hr and that is good is it? I'd prefer my taxes better spent.
So we'll knock down this perfectly good hall, or classroom, and build a new one doing exactly the same thing, never mind those rusty downpipes, or the fact that all existing classrooms could be air conditioned...
need I go on. This would still create jobs, AND serve the schools and students much better for 50 years.
