Base price for new guy is $1.07 and to get the full whack from there at 15% p.a. is $1.62Given we are out of cycle this is a slam dunk IMO (based on norm EPS or even lowest EPS target that's still at a single digit P/E lolz)Obviously not his fault, but good to know board adjust more towards EPS (albeit also pretty easy IMO).Anyway good luck to him, if he can deliver (especially international store rollout) SHs will all be very happy.
