I have been an investor is PLS since 2017 and in early
2020, at the age of 79, I held onto my shares and began substantially
adding throughout the remainder of 2020 and into 2021.

About 2 months ago I and I'm sure other LT holders here began
seeing dark clouds forming over the horizon particularly related to
economic conditions in China. I was already concerned about the
growing short position but began to see what might be justifying it.
So, I began selling down a portion of my position in the company.

The most profound comment at the recent quarterly presentation
was made by I believe the CFO who stated that the large short position was
due to the lack of alternative ways to short the price of lithium.
I have to admit that the simple, pure legitimacy of that statement blew
    me away.

Combining that statement with the fact that everything Dale said was
right on and properly conservative, I am now in a focused watch situation.
My focus is soley the price of lithium. When I see it at least become stable
I will add back some of what I have sold. Not advice, just the honest thinking
    of an old man.
