Thats why people need to sit back and think about the whole picture is it just another way of siphoning more from shareholders and I've stated this many a time Directors of company's will shaft us at the drop of a hat if it suits them and their purses.
As you have said @mario128 and I totally agree they have continually stuffed up over the past 12 months or more and us shareholders can send them a message in that they will not get any bonuses until the job is done, give us the Baby you promised not the Labour Pains and until that Baby's Delivered....
