I have read some spurious announcements in my time, but this latest one is in a class of its own. Oh, and look .... there are no financial reports.

The last time financials were posted, there was ~$8.5 million in the bank. Was it possible to pay for this latest "major opportunity" by paying the $178,000 from the bank account rather than continue to dilute shareholders?

"... on what Directors believe to be a major opportunity for our Company." A $178,000 deal is now regarded as a major opportunity. (face slap)

"Exclusive dealing agreement", "... actively reviewed", "... sought to progress", followed by we are working on the regulatory and legal stuff - seriously? Are the pro posters here not bothered to investigate what the last 12 months have been about? The result, as far as I can tell, is a $178,000 deal via dilution. That's equivalent to the monthly or quarterly turnover of a local corner store selling ice cream - and some say the SP is going to the moon. "A fool and his money ....."

It must be frustrating for shareholders that this dross is clothed as a "major opportunity". It was, I believe, a micro-step above "we've got no news" per the previous twelve months.

And then we have a couple of posters carpet bombing the thread with ridiculous ramping statements claiming a relisting SP above 10c or more.

Also, one poster has the effrontery to name-call and cajole a poster that posts facts and arguable conclusions. If some were as committed to balanced and respectful debate as they claim, they should have called the 'sharebroker1' poster out on his recent conduct towards Chris.

"Peeps have a look at this, Chistophe67 is angry the company is about to relist and potentially make something big, that should show holders who you are? Wow what kind of holder are you lmao," (my bold)

    1. There is no evidence that CGB is about to relist - fact.
    2. There is no evidence of anything "big" on the horizon - fact.
    3. I think Chris is a holder who is not drowning in the CGB Kool-Aid, nor does he seem caught in the grip of confirmation bias.

I have been reading the posts of one other particular poster. I believe they are closely connected to CGB. It is difficult to reconcile the enthusiastic posting with the facts, particularly over the last 12 months. I am not referring to Neil.

Recently, Neil posted an invitation for me to re-engage in debate. I do not mind debating the facts. FYI, Neil - I recall you placed me on ignore, or maybe you made a representation to the mods to do it? Alternatively, they may have taken that action independently of our requests. In any event, I have checked my account, and you are not on my ignored posters list.

Neil - you want to debate facts - good. Here are some yes or no questions for you. Let's debate these facts.

    1. Do you support the recent ramping statements of a 10c + SP on relisting (whenever they relist)?
    2. Do you regard a $178,000 undertaking as a "major opportunity"?
    3. Do you believe that the previous 12 months + of suspension have produced anything of commercial import? biggrin.png
