The thinking for me looking at resolution 4 of the agm agenda, that is for shareholder approval of a 10% placement facility, that’s on top of the 15% capacity that exists under 7.1 making a 25% total. So adding the 38m shares outlined in resolution 3 that would make the total shares on issue in TKL around 915 million. 25% makes the placement capacity at around 230m shares available to directors.
The extra 10% being sought adds more fuel to the conjecture about the possible refinancing in the pipeline. Why ask for an extra 10% if nothing else was cooking?More breadcrumbs? @minoil
