At $3 it might look like a good PE,assuming all sold in equity raising ,a lot more shares,equals less dividend per share. if they increase EPS great, if they don't ?
Not so good if you have been a long time holder of this stock as i have,no one likes to see their holding diluted.
I was expecting this ,but i have to say after what i have seen with other companies reaching into shareholders pockets on the promise of tomorrow,forgive me if i am a little jaded.
