The Australian Greens do not support low emmission technologies at all, and Penny Wong won't either as she believes the implimentation of low emmission technologies will disuade people from purchasing renewables,(or to put it another way, Labour will support the greens for political reasons). So we will just plod along spending the same amount of money on base load requirements, while the smarter countries impliment technologies for the benefit of not only a greener world, but also for the benfit of their economies.
With respect to the Greens gaining power here in Australia, I'm not so sure it will eventually be to the Benefit of low emmission technologies like the Bluegen?
Just lucky our country is not an expected to be a major part of CFU's future revenue stream!
