The Australian Greens do not support low emmission technologies at all
They don't need to directly. If they get a proper carbon tax introduced, then low emission technologies will benefit without any special treatment.
That's the huge advantage of a carbon tax - it avoids the government having to make decisions about individual technologies, and allows the market to work out how best to reduce greenhouse emissions.
I think there's also a case for the government to force power companies to pay for surplus power produced by households - perhaps not with any subsidies, but at least at market rates. (Which I think is all CFCL is asking for.)
