The reason AVZ lost the tenure was due to a lack of substantial action (Which is allowed under the Mining Act).

In going to the market, the DRC Government chose the best option with money & experience to deliver financial benefit for the country and its people.

The reality is that AVZ lost the Tenure & support of the Government

The JV Partnership that won the rights now has Excavators, Graders, Loaders & Trucks operating as we speak
