this is a good time to buy VAP , better than picking individual stocks, you never know which REIT will go broke and which will survive which will do a massive CR and which one wont, so im buying VAP, and RFF in this sector as RFF is pretty safe, wait till the DOW crashes, the only stocks id buy is VAS, VHY, VAP, and maybe more RFF and MQG, ANZ, BHP, if they dropped 30% from here.
