I have already said Justin Miller needs to go. In fact I have stated this numerous times.
He is not fit to be a CEO , he simply does not have the capability and skill sets.
Moreover, he cannot sell, he doesnt know how and you see this in his presentations.
    There wont be any takeover.
The company is still going not because of him but in spite of him.
What has happened is the usual market pricing on expectations has inverted, it happens when companies disappoint consistently, but reverts back if they start delivering. What has also happened is that he has always tried to spin things rather than being forthright, goes back to his inability to sell, he doesnt get it.
If he were to leave immediately , the stock would rally significantly.
That said, I get the sense things will turn, they have finally got a coherent strategy. Their fundamental problem has not been units sold per point of sale, but points of sale, they simply have never had the critical mass of points of sale to generate real volume. 300 initial Best Buy POS is simply not enough. At best they have never had more than a small number real POS and these OTC products are not really online products. With 5000 POS plus and I believe with another 1000 to 2000 additional POS to be added, this finally gives them the foot print to generate serious revenue.
The positive thing is Walmart as with Best Buy is being invoiced up front in these initial stages and not on consignment so that will be very beneficial from a cashflow perspective.
