NTEC is 75% non-Native American and speaks only for itself. What it is saying to other lithium juniors is that they are available for projects in the Western states. We don't know what they are saying to BLM, but it might be "we don't expect to get this project, we're just advertising." In any case, ten months later there is no evidence the tokenism has worked.
