Re comments on large BEPPA holders etc ....I thought Lowys sold?

I expect there are $ in AETD of at least $48 to $148 mill as per independent experts report but potentially higher as the report was prepared as part of a process to show how bad things were at the time.

Also agree large BEPPA holders will run the show but I would like to have some idea of where the process is at and what $ may look like.

Can anyone provide a point of contact to obtain this info?
