I don't agree with abuse or threats but the company needs to address the issues and for some reason it refuses to do so or thinks it has no obligation to do so.
When your CEO leaves without notice, there should be an explanation!
When a company springs a $200 million CR on its shareholders, there should be an explanation!
When the Finance Manager is left to do marketing project updates and respond to shareholder complaints, there should be an explanation!
