If the market for relatively small producing assets is bad now, I cant see why they would expect it to improve in the future.
In the absence of any asset sales I'd expect another Cap return next year, and so on.
Thats probably Moltons best bet to get out in the black, imo.
Meanwhile it's disgusting what management are getting paid for doing nothing.
