Spartan Resources, page-329

Hi all. I just sold out of AZS and thinking lithium is looking pretty toppy. Wanting to diversify, and my research on gold stocks led me here (eventually!) Been looking over things for a few days and like what I'm seeing. However I'm not at all experienced in gold miners, so it's taking some time.. With that in mind, I'm liking the following:

- BOD have plenty of experience and success in the bank.
- Murchison region/WA is a great place to operate.
- Never Never is looking good, scope for more high grade discoveries, plus other drill sites nearby looking promising.
- Having a newish processing plant essentially ready to go with camp, airstrip, crusher, mill etc so close by is great.
- 6 rigs spinning (I think they're all going now?) means plenty of results to come.
- Healthy balance sheet, funded to mid '24.
- Seems a takeover down the track is a possibility- with MGV swallowed up, SPR might seem pretty attractive.
- Management seem switched on and confident, and I think I read somewhere SPR reduced some director fees to put more money into drilling, which I like.
- Chart-wise it's seen a good run, but still seems positive, with catalysts to come I'm feeling I'm not too late to enter, thought obviously 6 or 5 months ago would have been nice!

Am I missing anything, (positive or negative)? Am I wrong on anything? I can tell there's some extremely experienced folk in here, and I'm looking forward to reading and learning.

Well done to all holders on a great 2023, looking to enter ASAP.
