Have you looked at the balance sheet? It's a good offer. Failing that S/H will likely get a major dilution.
The company is already showing signts of being run into the ground post production hence management changes. The chinese will not be bothered with all the ESG overheads and will not tolerate artisanal on their leases. They will protect their asset and just get on with mining.
