Phil Staveley’s Managing Directorship after increasing his fixed remuneration to 1.5m in August 2022 has become untenable in my opinion.
If they want to raise the full amount, he’ll need to be shown the door. He’s proven himself to be a spendthrift, incompetent and for some odd reason, in my opinion has a rather bloated ego and suffers from visions of grandeur.
Time to grow a set Justyn.
