A non-exec chair on CAD2,500 (AU$2800+) a day for “consulting” through until 31 March 2024? So about a quarter of a million bucks, and its not even his day job. I’m sure the company & most shareholders are grateful for his stewardship and long tenure here, but this surely has to be a very viable candidate for the Trough of the Year award.
