Regarding MMX vs CHM court case - has probably been somewhat complicated by the interim ILF vs CHM litigation. One should expect that matter to be resolved fairly quickly since the judge on that one did suggest that it is important to get it sorted asap.

Justice Jacobsen has been quiet for months on the CHM case but my contacts are suggesting it is "imminent". Perhaps a redefinition of "imminent" is required.
