There was an interview of an Indian investor a few years ago who was asked about the insider trading. He said... "If you didn't have inside knowledge why would you invest".

Over at HAO Garry Morgan is scooping up as many shares of Haoma at 27¢ as he can via a capital restructure when the off-market price is "much less" ( https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/70607800/single ).

HAO has been suspended for many years and has remained asleep ever since (with trapped holders) but now, for some reason, GM wants to own it. The only thing which seems to have changed are the various deals done with CAI in the last 12 months. Could be a coincidence.
