I agree it is very frustrating, but thats the game. The move from China is a red herring, RNU would be in the same position if not worse off if it hadn't occurred.
The timeline to production has been well established for a long time now and isn't unreasonable. These things take time. Construction takes time. Negotiations take time (and their appropriate timing is paramount).
The silver lining if you will, is that RNU is going to make it. Especially now, I believe the Gov wont let it fail, as its to important.
Think long term, not just whats around the corner.
