She looks to have had 20m shares a year ago. her son is an ex-mining exec who was going through bankruptcy, seems she may have been holding assets for him, and has had to sell.
There has always been people selling low and small volumes pushing the price down, i wonder if there is someone at the back of this playing a long game in case CTP does actually start to show its potential so they can swoop in and pick it up at a bargin price.
The benefit to the board of a low share price today is that it makes it easier for them to set a low bar for them to collect their bonuses. I would prefer to see a realistic target for any bonus shares set above 30c before they are rewarded. Cause setting the bar too low means they are not accepting the challenge to fix the things that need fixing because of their past decisions that have caused the share price to collapse.
