Yep. I agree. The communications are too often too opaque to really explain where the important aspects of the company's progress sits. And what is not said or touched on is often what makes the comms uninterpretable. That leads to confusion and anxiety.

I wish the comms were better and more comprehensive, and across all aspects of the progress, including the difficulties of presumed production delays and any complexities of the business dealings between AKP and EM. I imagine this could be done without revealing any confidential details that do actually need to be not public.

But one of the hardest parts is trying to grasp the meaning and significance of the buzz words that get put out to holders relating to aspects of the tech, when the changes in the tech itself have never really been adequately explained. If we had a technologist making the announcements to non-technologists we would probably have a lot more clarity, without being bamboozled by too much overly detailed technicality. All while revealing nothing that was of value to interested rivals that wasn't already available to be read from the patents.

But I don't think anybody watching AKP's progress can honestly say that any of the announcements to date have not provided a bunch of surprises about what has gone on since the last significant announcement. They have. Even if they often give us surprising info about problems we did not know we were having until some proposed solution had already been started to be implemented.

But just because the comms are unclear does not mean there is not being progress made. I think there is. And I think that when a clearer picture is eventually revealed it will indicate that what has been done has involved major progress solving significant obstacles. In his last announcement Danny Lewin made it very clear who has made the changes and who owns the IP to that progress for instance. That was reassuring to say the least.

But, while I can hear the fears that are pointed to in the more conspiratorial scenarios, I am still far from convinced by any purported arguments that AKP is a scam. Hopefully there will be significant clarification of what has been going on 'behind the curtain' in the upcoming 4C. I expect that will be so, and I certainly hope it will end a lot of negative speculation about such ideas for everyone - myself included.

We are well past imminent now!
