raising at say 0.5 for 4billion shares would raise the $20M that some are requesting. But it would heavily dilute all current holders. There would be over 7billion shares on register.
The only real hope is for an injection of funds to come in from a partner JV or some entity that pays for it as a whole. But again they would be in the drivers seat as far as price paid.
If it goes into voluntary admin then they may decide to sell it to someone at say 1 c or at 1.2 CTs per share.
