    Is the cost of CTL plant blown out 3x compare to what they said last time.

    from memmory they were talking about $1Bil for 20k BPD plant which is about 50k / BPD

    according to the newsletter
    linc figure 90-120k /BPD
    Aker Solution figure 120-140k /BPD (prolly why the result has been held for couple of months since feb2010)
