They've timed it with the quarterly which generally has higher volume than an average week. Below the CR price is irrelevant. Their tax obligation is relative to the price of the shares at the time the options vest.
I don't understand your comment about it not being a good look. They were always going to sell this amount to pay their tax obligation. They sold (Peter and Oleg) together last time too. Was a lot smaller (the last ZEPOs) so easier to find off market purchaser. Finding someone willing to buy 7m of shares is a fairly tall order though.
