If one has pro-rata rights , one can only exercise the rights one is entitled to.
If the company has other mechanisms on top of the pro rata rights, that is not “rights’. Understand?
But that is not what your original reply was about. You’re specifically referred to a “scale back “ of pro rata rights, which is what the discussion was about , which is a complete nonsense.
You were wrong and were exposed, now you are off on tangents to cover up your own ineptitude. You cannot have scale backs on a pro-rata rights issue.
If you don’t understand that well there is not much that can be said.
