I'd personally appreciate it if management could confirm whether they were aware of BLM's intention to route the DEIS for publication in early to mid December, as mentioned in @jaredbrookes' post. Given that this email chain dates back to mid-September, there seemed to be ample time to inform shareholders. If they weren't aware of it, which I find hard to believe, that's one thing. But if they were, it leaves me questioning the company's approach/ability to communicate less positive news and ultimately management's integrity.
