    So let me get this right, we are 2 and a half months since this SOA came into play and yet MIN and Gina haven’t done anything. No offer submitted, why would that be?

    Yep, the AFR article looks like it was spot on given the lack of evidence to the contrary.

    By doing a SOA with its inherent risks has given STX more time to undertake more drilling etc. Seems smart to me.
