yes I agree with you, they may not be able to re-start it in 12 months time, maybe 12months + 1 day...lol
I think the focus now isn't about can they make it into production in 12 months time or not, it is about what their plan is, and if we don't see much delay like what we have been experienced last 2 years then surely the market will give this project its true value.
