Ok, I've read this through pretty well, and found nothing new at all.

More of the same, they state they have had interactions with FDA, have these interactions been after the last set they told us about? I hope so.

They also note other companies who submitted around the same time to them have got the big ok.

They talk about research on how FDA approvals on drugs like this have been pushed back and back over time, a tad annoying they couldn't have done this prior to xmas and not leave us hanging for the last 8 months! Hmm what do you think about these guys possibly getting that out there, and then cap raising just after? Seems weird to me, maybe wanted to keep the SP high to reduce the premium if had to offer to raise that $15m? Maybe fetching a tad, but it is a little annoying looking back that we were given the Xmas date, which now seems stupidly un realistic.

Haven't really looked at the statements in detail, as these numbers won't be material once FDA is happy. Although, nice to see the cost out strategy working, and a nice little FX gain..
