You are right Insected
The short selling is being absorbed, albeit at lower prices than what many were expecting.
To initiate the shorts to cover suspect we need new medium to long term holders to join the register.
Expect this to happen as commercialisation ramps up and greater awareness of the value of WBT"s tech is displayed.
We know that initial revenues will be small, but those that understand the industry will look past that and more base their judgements on long term revenue expectations
There may be buying from the very groups WBT is talking to.
Have thought for a while that some may wish to protect there long term interest in WBT" s product, buy buying an initial stake in the company
A 5% stake, even at say up to $6, is only some $50 mill, or $US30 mill
What I am saying is, whilst we don"t know where the next buying play is going to come from.
It will most likely be from left field and not the good old institution who is only there because he has to meet his index reqiurements and then lends out to shorters to make some extra money
